Best Treadmill Workouts for Beginners | Burn Fat Quickly + HIIT Training

The holidays are over! It’s time to burn off all those delicious leftovers and get back in shape as we head into Christmas and the New Year. In this Workout of the Day (#WOTD), I give you 5 of the best treadmill exercises that will give you a full body workout and all the cardio you need to burn fat quickly. Please use caution on the treadmills!!!

Workout Routine:
1 Minute Warm Up – Walk for 1 Minute on 2.0 – 4.0
10 – 10 Second Sprints on 8.0 – 10.0
12 Side Squats on each side on 1.5-2.5 (Repeat Twice)
12 Walking Squats on 5.0 – 6.0
12 Backwards Walks
*REPEAT 3 – 4 ROUNDS*
1 Minute Cool Down – Walking on 2.0-2.5
