The Rock has been sharing details of his training preparation for Black Adam on his Instagram account, breaking down the training split and individual workouts in detail.

Filming for Black Adam is about to begin, and clearly the Rock has once again raised the bar with the physicality he is bringing to the role at a lean 280 lbs.

His training routines, dedication and intensity are pretty legendary, but even the Rock thinks his preparation for Black Adam is on another level.

There is a huge amount of volume and non stop sequential sets designed to completely fatigue the muscles. It’s definitely a superhero workout!
