Lying Triceps Extensions – 1 set – 6 to 8 reps

Triceps Cable Pressdowns – 2 sets – 6 to 8 reps

Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extensions – 2 sets – 6 to 8 reps

Forearms

Seated Barbell Wrist Curls – 2 sets – 6 to 8 reps

Standing Dumbbell Wrist Curls – 1 set – 6 to 8 reps
