Todays video I wanted to show you guys how I meal prep during my lean bulk since I’ve cut my calories back a bit due to less workout volume and less cardio. I’ve been on my lean bulk over the last couple of months and now am sitting at around 3000 calories. The amount of protein usually fluctuates between 190-250 and is just dependent on the day. These lean bulk meal prep options are just a few ways I tackle my bulk meal prep and hopefully will give you all some inspiration. Enjoy!

Chicken Marinade Recipe
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp rosemary diced
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp veggie roaster from costco
1 tbsp Honey* Optional

Usually good for 4-6lbs of chicken. Let the chicken sit with the marinade in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
