Low carb lowers uric acid levels by improving insulin resistance

I have heard time and time again that animal protein is the cause of elevated uric acid and out. Now, we have mounting evidence that protein isn’t the problem, but instead, insulin resistance is the likely cause. A new study seems to confirm that. Here is my take on it.
