Full Day of Eating 1600 Calories l High Protein Meals for Fat Loss
Today i’m taking you guys through what my recent 1600 calorie diet has been – what i eat in a day and how i’ve been approaching this fat loss diet from a mental perspective. These high protein meals have kept me full and satiated while sitting at 1600 calories for the last few weeks. Please know that this diet is part of a larger plan in preparation for my powerlifting competition. Read – I did not start at 1600 calories and I am not in this deficit for long. My calories will go back up to maintenance if not higher getting closer to the meet. I am just wanting to share some recipe ideas for folks who may be working in this calorie range. I hope this video provides some insight/tips/tricks to help with your weight loss journey!
