This 60 minute chair exercise program for seniors covers gentle range of motion exercises, basic strength exercises, cardio, balance, core work, and finishes with stretching. This is a full body workout you can follow at home. The entire class is done from a chair. It is optional to use weights for the strength portion and if you can, I highly recommend using them.

I purposely haven’t put music in this video simply because we are all different and I wanted to give you the option to listen to your own music. Put music on in the background that motivates you if you wish to have music on.
