#Powerforparkinsons presents a cardio and strength circuit designed for #youngonsetparkinsonsdisease participants. This unique high-intensity class is Parkinson’s symptom-directed and aims to help you get stronger and better combat the effects of PD. Lauren Lewis leads you through 3 rounds of 6 exercises all designed to work your entire body and combat PD symptoms. For this exercise class, you will need a set of light dumbbell weights, and a water bottle nearby. Happy exercising!
