Advanced Deep Stretch Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

Are you ready to take your deep stretch practice to a new level? If so, this is the class for you. This is a longer class that works you toward some less commonly practiced and challenging poses toward the end. This class will work and stretch you from head to toe. Posture highlights toward the second half of class include splits (and splits variations), tortoise pose, King Arthur’s pose, (great for the psoas), camel, archers, compass, wheel and more. This is a class you could enjoy practicing more than once as you move close to some of these challenging expressions.
