20 min DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT | Full Body | With Warm Up + Cool Down

Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for an express full body routine. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I’ll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I’ll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
