I think you are really going to love this workout! The format of the workout is a straight set style workout and each of our three rounds I will challenge you to add a bit more of a challenge. Should you choose to accept the challenge, each round will push you a little more to work harder so stay focused and accept the challenge if you’re ready for it! I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells for this one as well as my glute bands, sliders, and jump rope so grab your weights and let’s crush it together!

Exercises:
1. Chest press
2. Bent Row
3. Squat and Hammer curls
4. Trice OH extension and lunge
5. Sit ups
6. Seated twists
7. Chest fly and single leg bridge hold
8. Back fly and band kick out
9. Supine curls and sumo squat
10. Tricep kickbacks and hinges kickback
11. Jackknives
12. Plank hip taps
13. Leg raises
