Stress Relief Vinyasa & Yin Yoga – Intermediate Minimal Cue Yoga (HIPS & TWISTS) – YogaCandi

Relieve stress from your mind and body with my full-body Vinyasa and Yin yoga flow. During this Vinyasa and Yin Yoga fusion, there will be a lot of emphasis on hip openers and twists to release the spine and hips from built-up tension. Both of these areas hold onto a lot of stress, anxiety and tension throughout our day. Try not to hold back if you experience an emotional release during this class, allow the feelings to come, go and heal what you didn’t even know needed healing.

This vin yin flow is most suitable for intermediate yogis, experienced students and yoga teachers, as it’s a minimal cue (English Pose Names) class.
