As a Peloton instructor, author, motivational speaker, and even former makeup artist, Tunde Oyeneyin is no stranger to all things beauty and wellness. You can catch her on the bike and the mat on the Peloton App, where she’s known to give you a tough workout with a healthy dose of motivation and inspiration, as well as a pretty epic playlist, if we do say so ourselves. We got the chance to talk with her about all her wellness routines, some health goals for 2023, and why everyone should be taking their recovery more seriously.

Oneyeyin’s mornings are an important way to start the day on the right foot, especially as a fitness instructor. When asked about her morning routine, she says, “I snuggle with my dog Caesar. I really try to stay off my phone for 30 minutes to an hour. I drink water. And then when I finally grab my phone and I look at my day and what’s ahead. If I’m not teaching that morning, then I like to get in a workout. If I am teaching that morning, then I usually spend the two or three hours that I have before going into class on emails, or programming the next day’s class.” Speaking of programming classes, we had to know about a dream artist ride she’s yet to teach, and she did not disappoint. “Drake would be so awesome, or Drake and Rihanna.” We would like to manifest that mashup ride for 2023.

Not only does Oyeneyin give us a major workout, she also has great taste in products. We got to learn about everything she uses to support her packed schedule and physically-demanding career, and spoiler alert: we want to buy it all. From the plant protein she uses every single day to the sauna blanket that’s a key part of her recovery routine, keep on reading to shop all her top picks!
