Join host, choreographer, and Karmagraphy founder Kavita Rao for a 30-minute Bollywood fusion dance workout featuring Frank Soares and Mina Huynh. This Bollywood dance class starts with a quick warmup, and then you’ll progress into follow-along dance moves, learning dance phrases, and testing your memory skills. You’ll see some traditional Bollywood dance moves, as well as creative choreography that Rao’s cooked up. All you need is some space to move. Get ready to sweat!
