Full LEG WORKOUT to help grow your LEGS!

Here’s my full leg routine to help me add size to my legs! You can do this either at home (if you have the equipment) or at the gym. I personally do this 2x a week since the volume is relatively high.

Here’s the full workout:
1. Heavy barbell squats – 3×5
2. Squats – 3×8-10
3. Light squats – 1×20
4. Romanian deadlifts – 4×12
5. Leg extensions – 4×15
6. Leg curls – 4×15
7. Bulgarian split squats – 4×15 each leg
8. Cable pull throughs – 4×12
