Intermediate Cardio and Strength Workout | Seniors, Beginners

In this intermediate workout, you’ll do exercises to strengthen your cardiovascular system and build muscle. It features three sets of four exercises – each set done twice. You can do this workout with or without weights.

April does this workout solo with Aiko (and Mochi!) sitting this one out.

Exercise Set 1
✅ Squats
✅ Reverse Lunges
✅ Side Lunges
✅ Ab Pulldowns

Exercise Set 2
✅ Fast Rows
✅ Fast Feet
✅ Flys
✅ Step Out/Ins

Exercise Set 3
✅ Jumping Jacks
✅ Standing Twists
✅ Hamstring Curls
✅ Step out Press Downs

Always go at your own pace. If this workout is too difficult, do it without weights, slow down the tempo or try our beginner workouts and build up to this one! If this is easy for you, make it more challenging by increasing your tempo or adding more weight.
