Women’s Health: A New Global Agenda

The latest policy paper from the Oxford Martin School – ‘Women’s Health: A New Global Agenda’ – calls for global and national women’s health strategies to focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which kill more than 18 million women a year worldwide.

Professor Robyn Norton and colleagues discuss why the focus on women’s healthcare needs to move from sexual and reproductive health to NCDs, the biggest killer of women in all but the world’s poorest countries.
