After 43 days on the run, yoga instructor Kaitlin Armstrong is behind bars for allegedly fatally shooting cyclist Moriah Wilson in Texas. She was detained in Costa Rica and is awaiting extradition back to the United States. Officials say the murder may have been a brutal act of jealousy. Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
