Protein Post Workout Meal – Build Muscle & Lose Fat

This is a protein yogurt recipe to build muscle and burn fat. It’s good for building muscle because it is high in protein and will cause an insulin spike which is also good for gaining weight. It’s good for fat loss because it is low calorie. It’s also more likely to replenish your muscle after a workout, rather than store itself as fat in your body.

Ingredients:
1 cup of greek yogurt – 23 grams of protein
1 scoop of protein – 24 grams of protein
1 cup of blueberries, raspberries, and black berries (barely any protein, but a solid carbohydrate source)
