Fire Up Your Core and Arms at the Same Time With This Spicy Dumbbell Workout

When it’s arm day, you’re probably so focused on working on your upper body that you might not realize that many exercises work not only your biceps, triceps, lats, back, and shoulders, but also your core. Nike trainer and Muay Thai boxer Nesrine Dally shows you how to work your arms and core at the same time with her latest dumbbell workout on Instagram.

The workout includes five exercises for eight to 10 reps per move, and she recommends doing four to five rounds for 25 to 30 minutes. The exercises include renegade rows, bridge floor presses, bicep curls to presses, bear pull-throughs, and front and lat raises. It’s best to go with medium weights, and if you’re not sure what that means for you, check out our guide on how to choose the right weight. Press play on the workout above to see how each move is demoed and get to work!
