I know some of you like to be up early in the morning, and I know some of you would rather stay in bed. Well maybe all you need is a little motivation to get out of bed and get the day started right. That is why I am going to give you a 4 minute morning workout routine for men to help you get your day started on a good note. This is not supposed to be a really hard workout, this is more something for you to get your day started and wake up for the day.

This workout consists of 4 different exercises. For each exercise, I want you to do 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 1 minute. You are going to do that for each exercise, and this workout will be a total of 4 minutes. If you want to have a more intense workout to start your morning, you can do each exercise twice for a total of 8 minutes. Again, this workout is more to wake you up and get your blood flowing to start the day. Let’s get started with the exercises in this 4 minute morning workout routine for men.

Exercise #1: PUSH-UPS

Exercise #2: BODYWEIGHT SQUATS

Exercise #3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Exercise #4: RUSSIAN TWISTS
