60 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength & Conditioning]

Tap in with us for 50-60 minutes of full body dumbbell strength training. All you need is a light to moderate pair of dumbbells or you can cycle through different sized dumbbells if you have them. This workout is advanced but it is also made to help your progress towards more difficult exercises variations. Throughout the workout, Toya will sprinkle in a few modifications for the super advanced exercises.
