So, in today’s video, I show you some of my new super high protein meals for fat loss that come to a total of 1500 calories. So, it’s a full day of eating 1500 calories BUT these are not my actual calories, just what the total comes to when you add up these meals.

So, my first super high protein meal is my breakfast quiche. This baby takes a while to bake but it’s very worth it and it comes to 458 calories, 52g protein, 19g carbs, and 19g fat. Next up we have my protein porridge. A lot of you are familiar with this one by now and it contains 384 calories, 35g protein, 43g carbs, and 7g fat. Then, I go for some of my special chicken, potatoes, and asparagus and although this sounds basic, it’s far from it! It’s extremely tasty and it contains 450 calories, a whopping 57g protein, 35g carbs, and 10g fat. And lastly, I make a quick lava mug cake that contains 200 calories, 7g protein, 15g carbs, and 12g fat.
