Sets/Reps:
Split Squat – 4 Sets / 15 Reps Each
Stiff Legs – 4 Sets / 30, 30, 20, 20
Hip Thrusts – 4 Sets / 20
Front Squat SS Walking Lunges – 3 Sets / 15 Reps on Squat + 20 Steps per side
Today was about getting back to basics and doing all of the hardest exercises you can possible do. Some of the big take aways is that even if you don’t have a ton of weight to use, you can still enhance any lift by slowing it down, holding the stretch and changing how you contract the muscle.
