30 min Advanced Full Body Yoga Practice | Challenge your Strength and Flexibility

This 30 min sweaty vinyasa flow will include lots movements for core awareness and leg strength, active flexibility and standing balancing poses, as well as interesting transitions that will bring your attention right into this present moment and onto the yoga mat.

The most advanced poses that you can expect in this sequence are full splits, headstand, Visvamitrasana, sugar cane and a few others.

This yoga practice will be suitable for more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs.
Remember to do your own general warmup before you begin with this sequence.

No equipment is necessary for this practice. Do you best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.
