I made this video because I spent time staring at everyone in the gym train their deltoids yesterday and realized how many people make what I would consider HUGE mistakes. Shoulders are one of those body parts that most people have a hard time connecting with whether that’s because their traps jump in and take over the exercise or they just can’t get connected to them in the first place. It’s actually easier than you think and it doesn’t matter if you only have a pair of dumbbells to work with you can get them growing!
