Over 50s Beginners | Body Weight | Circuit Workout-Welcome to this over 50s circuit workout. This over 50s body weight circuit is perfect for those who are starting out for the first time.

This over 50s home workout without equipment is performed by 4 body weight exercises with 30 seconds on each exercise perfomed back to back then after the round you get 30 seconds break with 4 round to complete.

This over 50s circuit workout at home will lift your heart rate i do recommend you work at your own pace.
