What’s going on everybody? I hope you are having a great day when you are watching this and had a fun filled 4th of July. I had a little too much to eat and drink, but memories over macros sometimes. I am getting right back on track with a low calorie day with extra high protein. I honestly wasn’t even that hungry through out the day and these super high volume meals kept me full on very low calories. Hopefully you can take a meal idea or two away from this and implement some diet hacks into your meals. I’ve got a few weeks left on my cut. No more cheat days and no plans to slow down. Putting my foot on the gas!
