For those of you who’ve tried to bulk in the past, at first it seems easy. “I can eat as much as I want!” It doesn’t take long to realize that it’s a lot harder than you thought it’d be. Not only do you have to eat a lot (sometimes uncomfortably so) you have to eat right as well! In this video I go over what I do throughout the day to clean bulk. All my foods, macros (carbs, proteins and fats) and the tools I use to help get it done. Here’s some of the ones I recommend:

Calorie tracking app
Total Daily Energy Expenditure (or TDEE) app
Food weight scale

Of course, the most important thing is going to be consistency. Try and eat roughly the same amount of food every day, while continuing a workout routine. Bulking ain’t easy, but nothing worth having ever is. BUFF DUDES!
