Strong & Flexible Intermediate Vinyasa Flow | 35-Min Practice

This is a repetitive vinyasa sequence incorporating twists, forward folds and balancing postures to help you improve strength and flexibility! We’ll build up to our peak pose, Bird Of Paradise, which utilizes the hips and hamstrings. This is an intermediate level class, which I recommend if you have a consistent practice.
