Muhummara Dip adapted from Fiber Fueled
16 oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers
1 Cup Raw Walnuts
2 Tb Lemon Infused Olive Oil (or plain)
1/4 Cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Pinches of Salt (or to your taste)
1 Tb Calabrian Chili Paste (or crushed red pepper flakes)
Pulse all in the Food Processor to desired consistency
Serve with endive leaves, cucumber & radish slices, sourdough toast, etc

2 Celery Stalks, rough chop
1/2 Onion, rough chop
2 cloves garlic
1” piece Fresh Ginger Root , rough chop
1” piece Fresh Turmeric Root, rough chop
1 tsp Mushroom Powder (or dried shiitakes)
2 Tb Nutritional Yeast
2 Tb Olive Oil
3 Tb Tamari (or Coco Aminos)
