Circuit Training for Low Back Pain with MMA fighter Kerry Kasik

Naudi Aguilar takes MMA fighter Kerry Kasik through an Circuit Training program to help with lower back pain. In this circuit of corrective exercises, Naudi does what’s necessary to ensure that the postures he’s wiring in set in place and that the fatigue is continually repeated and sustained for half hour. Although these exercises don’t seem like they’re doing much, they are making the most significant changes one can make to their own neuro-muscular system.
