In this video, we’ll be going through some great yoga stretching exercises from a comfortable seated position.

Yoga is a great way to both strengthen your body and keep the heart rate at a healthy pace. It’s very low impact and can be done in the comfort of any room in your home.

By working both upper body and lower body, these stretching routines will help keep your body flexible which comes in handy throughout your daily routines. We are always looking to not only keep you healthy but give you the strength you need to make it through your day.

Stretching in a seated position as you see in this video will help keep your body relaxed and take the pressure off of your legs, hips and back.

As always, with all of our videos only do the range of motion that feels comfortable for you and never force movements that cause you pain or discomfort. It’s important to listen to your body first and then do what you feel you can.
