60 MIN MUSCLE BUILDING WORKOUT

This is a full body workout intended to be performed the gym. This video is intended to help individuals build lean muscle mass around the entire body. Lean Muscle Mass can be extremely hard to put on but if you perform this workout consisting of 4 sets of 10 reps with 2 min rest periods between each set, you can easily put on more lean muscle mass, flatten your stomach and lose some inches around your waist.
