Happy LEG + GLUTES DAY to you my amazing workout partner! Goal in this lower body circuit workout, build strong and defined legs, thighs, calves and glutes!! WOOHOO! This circuit style session flew by, but wow it was effective! As always, I’m sure you know what I’m going to say, LIFT HEAVY! HEHE! 😀
We will spend the next 30 minutes together building a strong lower body, plus core! The exercises in this training session include lots of compound moves to build strength, balance, and muscular endurance!
GLUTES AND LEGS CIRCUIT TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
– DUMBBELLS/OR KETTLEBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 – 20kg
– EXERCISE MAT
– MINI BAND OR BOOTY BAND – IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS, NO PROBLEM, JUST DO THE EXERCISES WITHOUT!
I MIXED UP THE WORKOUT TODAY WITH MY KETTLEBELLS AND DUMBBELLS! IF YOU DON’T HAVE KETTLEBELLS, YOU CAN USE DUMBBELLS FOR THIS ENTIRE WORKOUT TOO!
MODIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME EXERCISES WHEN APPLICABLE!

– ALTERNATING REVERSE STEP LUNGE WITH 3 PULSE
– KETTLEBELL SWINGS
– LATERAL STEPPING SQUAT – KEEP IT LOW!
– TABLETOP BRIDGE WITH ABDUCTION
– SUMO DEADLIFT
– GOBLET SQUAT WITH ALTERNATING HEEL LIFT
