Resistance Band Exercise for Lower Tummy. #resistancebands

This is a simple but very effective exercise to tone the tummy and legs.
Using a small resistance band (use one suitable for your level) they come in different strengths.
Lying on back ( if you have lower back problems or a weak core place your hands under lower back for support.
Then extend the legs out (away from each other and back in) continue with this motion 8-15 times and repeat 3 times with 30 second break in between.
