Oats (ഓട്സ്) – 3 Tablespoons
Cashew Nuts (കശുവണ്ടി) – 5 Nos
Dates (ഈന്തപ്പഴം) – 3 Nos
Banana / Mango / Apple / Strawberry / Papaya – 1 Cup
Cinnamon Stick (കറുവപ്പട്ട) – ½ Inch Piece
Chia Seeds / Flaxseeds – 1 Tablespoon
Curd / Yogurt (തൈര്) – ½ Cup (125 ml)
Water (വെള്ളം) – ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Honey (തേൻ) – 1 Tablespoon
