30 Min Yoga Flow | Intermediate – Advanced Full Body Yoga

Welcome to your 30 min yoga flow. This class is great for intermediate to advanced yogis who are looking to be challenged and experience new ways of moving on the mat.

This full body sequence includes options to suit your level and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that includes hip openers, backbends, arm balances and inversions.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with a little of everything so that you finish the class feeling like you’ve given your body everything it needs to have a great day.
