How I eat healthy with less than $100

A lot of people think eating healthy is expensive, but I learned that you can make it affordable if you make a plan and stick to it! Watch your portions and meal prep! Plan your meals AND your snacks. You can also buy in bulk at Sam’s Club or Costco. Always go to the grocery store with a list and don’t buy anything outside of it.
