Feel Grounded, Safe and Strong – Mindful Yoga with Dr. Jessie Mahoney

Enjoy feeling grounded, safe, and strong in this more active practice. Shared as an opportunity to prepare yourself for an upcoming challenge – in my case surgery. Open your lungs find your center, clear out what is not needed, and weighing you down.
Mindful yoga for women who are successful on the surface yet struggle underneath. If you have anxiety, exhaustion, burnout, or tend to ruminate or feel stressed and reactive these classes will help.

Classes are specially designed to support women in their 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s.
They are designed to support frazzled nervous systems and help lessen aches, pains, and stiffness.
If you have menopause or perimenopause symptoms, these classes will help.
They are designed to support frazzled nervous systems, help you relax, and breathe deeply again.

They are Hatha–style classes to support women who are depleted, stressed, frustrated, and reactive with both movement, breath, stretching and coaching, and mindset work.

If you are a woman physician with fatigue, menopause symptoms, burnout, overwhelm, low motivation and energy, or anxiety, these classes will help you let go of stress, feel better, and begin to make changes in your health, relationships, career and life.

These hatha-style classes are mindful and include yin, and attention to breathing, and nervous system health.

They are taught by a 50-year-old woman who is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, a life coach, a physician, and a wellness expert.

They are designed to help you soak in a pause, nourish yourself, align, stretch, strengthen, and restore calm to your overworked nervous system.

Learn to breathe in self-compassion and kindness and breathe out worry and doubt.
Practice tender self-compassion, lessen chronic pain, and let go of urgency, fear, resentment, jealousy, anger, and other intense emotions.

Learn to be present, breathe, and shift and restore your energy.
We will nourish and balance your nervous system. And rekindle your spirit and energy.
Everyone is welcome.
No experience is required.
