Detox your Liver for Fat Loss

Do you want to know how to Detox your liver so you can lose fat? If you’re overweight or obese there’s a good chance your liver isn’t in great shape so try these 5 things

No brainer here but you gotta stop drinking alcohol. If your liver isn’t functioning correctly, you’ll have trouble with your thyroid, cortisol levels, and estrogen removal, which all contribute to fat accumulation

This also means no polyunsaturated fatty acids since these also wreck your liver

You’re also going to need to improve your gut function, so get rid of everything that damages your gut like grains, beans, legumes, soy, gums, and additives in supplements and processed foods

Fat-soluble vitamins will also be crucial for liver optimization since deficiencies with these vitamins are all associated with poor liver function and weight gain.

If you want to go down the supplement pathway, after doing all of the above first, you can try milk thistle, TUDCA, and calcium d glucorate. These can be great for liver Detox.

Remember, the side effect of improved liver health is fat loss. Give these a try and give me a follow for some more fat-loss content
