Leg and Core Workout For Adults Over 50

Yes, this workout is specifically for adults over 50. While we still love to workout, wet may not be as flexible and nimble as we were just a few years ago.

If you would like to challenge you lower body as well as your core and you have about 20 minutes to give me, please join me for this simple yet effective leg and core workout.

There are 12 exercises in this workout and we basically alternate between and leg exercise and a core exercise. All you’ll have to do is simply follow along.

So , let’s have some fun together and know this one out of the park.
