If you want easy yoga as you are stiff and you’re a beginner then try out this whole body stretch. I take you through gentle stretching exercises for flexibility and relaxation. If you would like to get old slowly then I recommend following along with me in this yoga practice. You will feel stretched, relaxed and energised for hours after.
