HIIT the entire body with this short but spicy 20minute workout.

Remember to focus on mind- muscles connection as this helps us get the most out of our workout session.
QUALITY OF REPS OVER QUANTITY OF REPS, ALWAYS!!!

We’re working for 35secs with 15secs of rest.

The amount of calories burnt will depend on your weight and effort put in while performing the intervals.
