60 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength Training]

Tap in with us for an hour long full body strength training session! This workout is split into 4 different groups so that we can focus on targeting every muscle group. This session is not too advanced and we’ve included a few modifications for certain exercises. Since this workout has plenty of rest periods, we highly recommend challenging yourself with the amount of weight you’re using to get the most out of this workout.
