we are back with another new Kettlebell Power Leg Workout – hope our TEAM is ready!
The Focus is on our Lower Body, but we will involve the entire body.
You can also use a Dumbbell instead of a KB.

Make sure to maintain a proper form as always. Rather use less weight.

The KB I used: 16 kg for your reference. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely – leave your ego at the door.

00:10 – 05:04 Warm Up
05:12 – 32:37 Workout (40 sec ON πŸ”₯, 15 sec OFF)
32:49 – 35:53 Finisher (6x 30 sec No Break)
35:58 – 40:33 Cool Down

Equipment:
*one Kettlebell (I am using 16 kg) | you can also use a Dumbbell, just need to switch the grip sometimes
* a mat is recommended
