This sequence is specifically for beginners that want to take the next step towards easinggg their way into an intermediate class. This class doesn’t include any over the top postures, but does challenge and build strength and endurance physically and mentally. You may work up a small sweat so I encourage you to bring a water bottle and towel as this is full body!
