In just 10 minutes, you’ll have tons of fun and work up a sweat dancing to the beat. This routine is beginner friendly, so even if you’ve never danced before, this workout is a great place to start. You’ll finish with a rewarding cooldown to stretch a bit and seal in all of the good vibes you created during class.
