Make It a Spring To Savor With Our Turkey Ranch Meatballs

We know we tend to lean into the sweet recipes using Quest products, but that’s just because we make so many delicious sweet products (without all the sugar). This week we’re here for you savory fanatics. Get your taste buds ready for the Questified Turkey Ranch Meatballs. Complete with Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips, a hearty serving of veggies and lots of protein to keep you coming back for more. Since we know meatballs can take a minute to create, we’ll keep it short so you can get to the full recipe below!

Editor’s note: The recipe below uses an air fryer — if you’re using a conventional oven, we suggest looking up your preferred method of pan frying vs baking or a combo of both. 



Yields: 4 servings |  Serving Size: 4 meatballs

Prep Time: 30 minutes  | Bake/Chill Time: 10 minutes   | Total Time: ~40 minutes 



  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 bags Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1/4 tsp parsley (more for garnish if desired)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. When ingredients look evenly distributed, separate the mixture into 16 evenly sized balls (about 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter).
  3. Bake the meatballs in an airfryer at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes (ensure internal temperature is above 165 degrees F)
  4. Serve with ranch dressing.
