As a mom of 2 kids, I know how hard it is to maintain healthy lifestyle. Since I had both kids through C-SECTION, I prefer my workouts to be ⏰ short but intense.
Even if you are not a mom, I can imagine that you are busy during the day and do not have time. That is why I keep my workout videos only 20 minutes long.
✔️ Why 20 min and not 60 min?
With kids around the house, work and other things I have to do, that’s all I get for myself since kids were born. And honestly I was never in better shape as I am now. I fell in love with home workouts and this is what I am bringing to you every single week here on my YouTube channel.
